Pools are very small for 4,000 plus passengers, but the ropes course was amazing as always, the water slides are the best as well. The ice bar was amazing, it was a really fun time!

Staff were amazing, our room steward was the best! Everyone was very friendly, and I have absolutely no complaints about the service.
Ship Quality

Ship was very, very clean. It’s a beautiful ship, but my only complaints are the smell of smoke in the main atrium due to the casino, and also how small the pools are, and how crowded the pool deck is. Otherwise the ship has to be one of my favorites.
Cabin / Stateroom

Angled Balcony cabin was great , I definitely loved the extra balcony room as the normal balconies are very cramped.
Ship tip
Book speciality dining restaurants early in advance, they book up fast.
We had an Everglades airboat ride. We were brought to the theater, and disembarkation was very smooth. My family and I were out of the terminal in 10 minutes after disembarking the ship.
Been on that ship last year,too. Very poorly run, food was average, buffet closed at 9:30 on (9:30??? Can't get anything from there, even if you want a late night snack).
Very confused staff on the disembark; no one knew what to do.
Ports were great, great tours. OVERPRICED all around... We didn't get any amenities. Didn't want to spend the money... We were already up to almost
$3,000. Yes, we had a balcony on the 11th deck.
Would NOT go back on NCL again.
BTW: You do realize that you said "amazing" in your post seven times. The English language has other words to describe the experience. 😊😊
