It was a rough sail for a few days. That must be the reason for all the rude behavior. Never been on a cruise with so many "entitled" .

Main dining room to long to get served. Sydney and purrfect. Noodle Bar Smokey from casino,but fast service

They should have the casino in the upper deck. To much smoke. I am a former smoker and the casino was really bad.

Ship tip

Pain to get to ship from Orlando. Stayed by the port. Went the night before. Then the hour ride back to airport..won't be leaving out of that port.

I believe NCL has been penny pinching as of late. They are under staffed which stresses everyone. Piss poor management and customer service. I will never use them again.

I was on the same cruise with a large group and the fact that the service was so challenged (I think due to being understaffed) and that you couldn’t find a hot meal anywhere, truly made me question NCL completely. This was my first cruise with that line, and probably my last. Especially when you count the overcharges on the bill that are STILL hitting my credit card! Terribly run ship.
