Review summary

Not enough stops and too many people. Food was good but avoid the buffet.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Long and delayed. Norwegian blamed it on extra screening process because of Coronavirus.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Buffets is seem good was not replaced often enough. Not always fresh. The regular dining and specially were outstanding.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Every thing was overcrowded at most times.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The shows we seen were great as well as other entertainment. To get seating book way ahead of time or show up early. Just not enough seats for the amount of people that want to see them.

Children's Programs

Did not bring children.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff were very friendly and work very hard.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Every thing appeared clean. It could have flowed better. Once again seems like too many people for the spaces.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The room itself was nice. Lots to do on the 8th deck. But it was over the theater so at times it was very noisy.

Ports of call

Tortola, British Virgin Islands

3 out of 5
We went to the beach. It was nice but overcrowded.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

4 out of 5
We walked to old San Juan. The fort was very neat, well worth the $10 cost of admission.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

2 out of 5
Once again very overcrowded. Long lines for food and beverages. Some of the staff here didn’t seem as friendly at times. I’m sure it has to do with being overworked and underpaid.

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
They have a system in place for staged times for disembarking. Unfortunately they didn’t use it and released 4-5 groups at one time making for long lines to walk off the ship and difficult to retrieve your luggage.
