Sorry for your disappointment, I don’t know why but I am seeing so many bad reviews on Norwegian tonight. I have never cruised on Norwegian so have nothing to compare to.

I'm sorry that you did not enjoy. We sailed this ship over Christmas and thought the food was always great. Maybe they upped the food for a holiday week??

Some people are harder to impress. Its just a matter of life experiences and I would think age also. Someone who is a chef would be harder to impress than someone who doesn't know what a stove is for. It's all relative.

I found the food on Norwegian, apart from the French specialty, was absolutely terrible. I know its fashionable to bash the food on Carnival, but I actually think its consistently better than Norwegian.

Any comments on why you feel the food and service need improvement or what you are comparing it to? Those are two things I thought NCL did pretty well on this ship. Not the best in the world but pretty good for the money spent.
