We had no problems at all on this cruise. Yes, the crew felt tired, however they were always friendly and helpful. I may sound like I didn’t appreciate this cruise. Trust me, I did. We’ve already booked our next cruise on NCL,

Pools are always crowded. Pool bars can get crowded. Honestly, it was what I’ve grown to expect. I’ll get the spa package next time.

The musicals were amazing! My step daughter was with us and loved them. She saw members of the cast at the buffet later that night. She worked up the nerve to speak to them and they were so welcoming to her and her boyfriend. They saw cast members through the cruise and we always treated by name and with a smile. These interactions truly made our cruise!

Four stars is a stretch. From housekeeping to the wait staff to the customer service desk, everyone felt tired and flat to me. This was a noticeable change from my first two cruises on NCL. Don’t get me wrong, the quality was there, but the energy wasn’t.
Daniel Johnson’s Monkey and Sloth Hangout is the way to go. We arranged before had through their website for and Island Tour and a visit to the sloths. I wish I could remember our drivers name, she was wonderful. The whole day was perfect.
This was a little rough this time. The line was horrendous. I heard the immigration computer system went down for a bit. We took bus to Fort Lauderdale airport. The ac on the bus was a life saver lol. The ride was comfortable.
