Review summary

We had an amazing time on this cruise. A couple of things on the boat were less-than-ideal, for example, the fact that two water slides were out of commission the whole time. However, almost every staff member on the ship exceeded our expectations with friendliness and service. I would definitely recommend this cruise to others!

All the specialty restaurants we tried were excellent. I recommend getting the specialty dining package! Service at Margaritaville left something to be desired but all other wait staff on the ship were excellent. Drinks were great too!

Onboard Activities

There is only one main adult pool. I didn't love the salt water or the huge crowd there on ship days. The climbing wall was very fun as was the ropes course. The water slides that we tried were fun, but two out of five were closed for "maintenance" but we didn't ever see anyone working on them. We were bummed about that.

Very nice cabin. Bed could have been more comfortable. We loved our balcony!

Try to pick a room with a diagonal balcony! It'll give you twice as much room out there to enjoy the views.

Our Catamoran & Snorkel tour was pretty good. We saw a stingray and a jellyfish. We saw fewer colors and fishies than expected though. The staff on the boat was extremely friendly.

The Xenses museum excursion was incredibly unique and fun! They give you about an hour and a half to shop in the town after which we used to grab some awesome authentic Mexican food.
