I’m disappointed about our Belize excursion cancellation. Everyone had mentioned Belize as the highlight of their cruise. As it turns out, our highlight we’re the ruins & well worth it! Overall a really great time.

Remarkable!! The wait staff at NCL is absolutely amazing !! Our room steward was perhaps very new to NCL & lacking in hospitality knowledge as compared to all other NCL cruises we’ve been on. Everyone else was absolutely amazing, accommodating and so patient. Excellent!!

Great balcony views! Nice size room. Compared to the many other times we’ve been on NCL, our steward did not maintain our room to the the standards we’ve become accustomed to on board Norwegian.
Our excursions were cancelled due to weather. NO PRIOR NOTICE WHATSOEVER! NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSFER YOUR PORT-EXCURSION CREDIT !!! Terribly disappointing. This policy NEEDS to be revised ~ you’re they're for a very small amount of time & cannot control the weather. What’s the point of a port-excursion credit, when it’s so limited & not allowed to be used towards anything else?? Common NCL seriously?? Also, your key card cannot be used at this port for meals & drinks like Great Stirrup Caye! Everything is overpriced. Not impressed at all.
Loved this port & loved our Maya Ruins “Blue Lagoon” excursion!! Great guide too! The lagoon is so gorgeous! Great time! Loved seeing the Mayan ruins ~ very hot! Wear sneakers or good comfortable shoes & get water~shoes if you want to enjoy the lagoon!! 🏝🛳🏖
No NCL excursion at this port. We did go to a private beach with the locals which turned out to be pretty nice! Great shopping mall at port. Some good deals. Stay away from Diamonds International ~ at THIS and any port.....someone must be getting a kickback, right shopping consultants?
