Love Freestyle . Excellent food and drink. Hardworking staff but numerous were rude compared to the Escape. Specialty restaurants not worth it.

Specialty restaurants were a let down especially Moderno where you had to beg to get food. Main dining room excellent.

Pool was jammed could not get a chair . They refused to put out more stacked chairs. Couldn’t get into shows . They canceled our reservation without explanation .

Pour House was awesome. Flavors band awesome. Couldn’t see a show because you could not get in

Excellent they work so hard. Except the bartenders at pool and Spice2O that completely ignored waiting patrons to let those giving cash tips get all the drinks

Virgin Gordy $ Baths. Beautiful. Walk to Baths is difficult must climb over rocks and very difficult if your not fit. Otherwise beautiful

Just out of curiosity what day of the cruise did you do Moderno? We always do it the first night and have never had a problem getting food, other than certain meats not coming over as often as others, but once we ask for a particular item it is usually brought over pretty fast. Moderno is by far my favorite of the specialty restaurants on BA due to the variety and salad bar offerings. (And that cheese bread is so yummy!) I’m disappointed that it doesn’t seem like they’re going to put one on Encore (based on what’s available on Bliss), but looking forward to trying the BBQ place.
