The Western Caribbean Cruise on the Norweigian Breakaway was simply fantastic. The entire crew was simply phenominal, the weather was beautiful, the memories priceless.

New Orleans is a filthy, drunken, crime ridden town which only getting worse. This city is a homeless destination and which is unsafe and dangerous. Most downtown people are drunken party types looking for a high time in the streets. The river and history of the region is rich, however, leadership has neglected what could be a fine destination and turned it over to troublemakers.
