Being this was our first cruise, It was an awesome experience. We were a total group of 10. My family of 4, brothers family of 4, and my inlaws. We all had a blast. We had 4 teenagers in our group 1-13 year old, 2-15 year olds and a 16 year old. They all had a blast. Not once did we hear an "Im bored" or "theres nothing to do". They all seemed to be fine with "unplugging" and were able to entertain themselves. The variety of food options included was great. We ate at all 4 of the options. We also did the Cirque dinner show and had dinner at Cagney's Steakhouse. My family of 4 all had so much fun we are already booking our next cruise. The kids want to go with Norwegian again.

Food and Dining

All the food was exceptional. Only down side was trying to get into the specialty restaurants. I would presume it was because it was Christmas week, but we were not able to get a reservation for most of the specialty restaurants. We were able to eat in all of the other dining rooms and were very satisfied with the food we ate.
Onboard Activities

We tried almost all of the activities offered onboard. The kids had so much fun doing all of these activities.
Entertainment

We saw a few of the shows. Rock of Ages was awesome. Crique of Dreams was great, food was fabulous. We loved that the nights they had comedy shows they had multiple age group shows, 7:00pm a PG show, 9:00 a PG-13 show and 11:00 an adult show.
Children's Programs

We were traveling with 4 teenagers. While we loved the idea of "Entourage" there was always a line to get in when the kids tried. They have a maximum capacity in the club. With the way the rest of the activities on board were, i'm sure they would have loved it.
Service and Staff

Everyone on board was extremely friendly towards. When ordering drinks, the bartenders always took the time to greet you by your name.
Ship Quality

The ship was easy to get around. Not sure if this is a positive or negative, lol, but the ship was almost too clean. They were very cautious to make sure if there were any germs around, they were going to get rid of them. If you were on board then you would understand "Washy Washy"
Cabin / Stateroom

We were more than satisfied with the size of the cabin. Very thought-out with the use of space. Our Steward kept the cabin very clean. Only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is they could use to get more comfortable mattresses. They seemed a little worn down.

Book any shows and dinners specialty dinners ASAP. You can always cancel.
We had fun in Cozumel. We did the Island Tour and Chocolate Experience offered through the ship. Was awesome. Our guide, Jose was great. He gave us tons of interesting facts and brought humor to the tour also.
Beautiful Island owned by Norwegian. The kids did the Zip-line offered on the Island. They had a blast. While slightly overpriced for what you get, they all said they would love to do it again. The beach was beautiful.
The setup of this port was nice, especially as we were only in port from 7am-1pm. Everything is right at the end of the pier. We did the Dolphin swim adventure. We all had a blast and it was very informative. This excursion is also a little pricy for the time you get. The biggest down side is the photo prices of which they try to sell you. You can have non participators take pictures though. They are allowed to be right outside the water.
Very smooth. We carried off our bags and walked right off and through customs. We are US Citizens and breezed right through. The line for non citizens was about 20 people long.
