Review summary
First, my luggage arrived missing one one it's wheels. Given minor compensation as "shipboard credit." 2nd. Guest Services (GS) put me on hold for 35 mins then refused to send up iron and ironing board because that service was closing in 5 mins. It took 30 hours for them to drain a clogged sink. Continually called GS. 7 1/2 hours total wait time (3 different days/times) to fix (and it never got fixed) a broken TV. Continually called GS. Purchased a UBP but lo-and-behold this DOES NOT COVER water nor pop nor mini bar fridge. Why TF buy a UBP if water isn't included?? $8 service charge for room service! Purchased a 4 dinner Dinning Package and had made reservations before leaving but it wasn't showing up on their end. Dinner at these places, once I rebooked, was SUPERB!! The shows were Broadway worthy. Booked this cruise MAINLY for Grand Cayman but NEVER arrived due to the Captain not letting passengers off of "boat" due to wavers!?!? Royal Caribbean Line (RCL) was anchored 200 yds away but they had NO PROBLEM ferrying their guests to shore. I have video of this to prove how clam the water was and RCL's tenders.Embarkation
