Review summary

Enjoyed ourselves as we make our own joy. Assuming we did not comprehend the Freestyle method. Still had a good time but will not book with Norwegian next time. Sushi fantastic... French Restaurant Great!

Quiet... looking forward to energy from music to fill the air, but music of any kind Very limited. Suggest you bring your own. Food limited availability & options. Bars not staffed... crew appears to be over worked & not enjoying their positions. Felt like a burden most of the time & saw on others faces as well.

We wanted to join as we got on ship to be told it was sold out & no chance of enjoying that venue. We absolutely NEVER saw more than 6 persons (1 time) in there? What a waste of space.... disappointing.

Was very apparent that they did not enjoy the Service industry. Maybe Freestyle means bring your own joy of your time to be away & not to shared with or thru the Service team on board?

OMG the bed was not as expected. Comparable to pull out on a couch. Do not even use fitted sheets... thus I ended up on the mattress pad every night & getting stuck in crack between mattresses to get next to my husband. I expected this cruise line to be a level above or at least equal to a hotel quality bed & bedding. Linen was torn ... had to request linen change after a week. Took the xtra comforter that was In room away after it was obvious I was using it. 1st day took off bed & I had to hunt down in closet. 2 nd day .... took it away all together?

Ship tip

Bring own music , fitted sheet & if you bring LED candles to create your own atmosphere in room or balcony... we were raided at midnight as the bridge thought they were real candles. They came into our room as we were lying on the balcony. So embarrassing!
