Wife got hurt due to ship negligence....extremely limited compensation after battling ncl

H2O deck....kids not permitted but no one enforces. I had to kick a group of 12-13 year olds off the deck in hot tub because there were adults who wanted to use it. More security needed to keep kids under control throughout the ship! I wish ncl had kid exempt cruises. Will have to check other lines...a shame becsuse i have recruited over 100 family and friends to sail ncl and they share my feelings.

The best time!!

Nice cruise. ...smile...been here done this before...
