This was an amazing cruise on the Norwegian Breakaway to Bermuda. There is very little I would change for future trips and as a travel agent I am completely confident in recommending this itinerary and ship to anyone.
Embarkation

Embarkation was exactly what I expected it to be. We arrived prepared to wait in line and was on the boat by 12:15pm. Sure there were a lot of people waiting, but it was no bid deal.

Food and Dining

As vegetarians (all 4 of us) the food and the preparation in the buffet was a mild issue. At the pasta, omelet and other made to order stations, the chef was using the same utensils for the meat and for the veggies. As vegetarians, this is a no no. We did bring it to the attention of the manager, and was completely over compensated. Instead of eating main meals (other than breakfast) in the buffet, we ate in Savor every night. At the end of each meal the manager would bring us the menu for the next day and we would advise of any issues and they would be ready for us the next day. The service was impeccable every time.

Entertainment

The entertainment on board was amazing. We did not get to see Burn the Floor as the sea was very choppy and not conducive for the dancers so at the last minute they had the magician perform in it's place and reschedule us. Unfortunately we already had an excursion at the same time. No biggie. The magician was fun and good. Rock of Ages was AMAZING beginning to end. We went to the comedy show 4 times and had a blast each and every time.
Service and Staff

The service and staff were fantastic. I have to point out that the staff at Shakers Martini Bar were exemplary. Our waitress Yu Wu was on IT!!!! We got pictures with all of them as they made our trip all that much more fun. Our room steward was fine. He wasn't exactly the most attentive to details, but certainly had no negative effect on our trip or vacation at all. He was always friendly and knew our names, just didn't notice some minor things. We never had to wait long at all at ANY bar for drinks or service. Only 1 time did we have a rather surly bartender by the pool, but no biggie as we all have rough days from time to time.
Ship Quality

Honestly I had to reservations about the ship considering all the negative comments. We loved the ship. Yes it was giant, but once we figured it out, the layout was easy to navigate. While I abhor smoking of any kind, I was still able to be in the casino and play slots without much irritation. I do think that smoking should not be allowed at all in the casino, but it wasn't as bad as people would have you believe. The ship was very clean and we always saw people out and about cleaning.
Cabin / Stateroom

We loved the cabin location and design. It was plenty of room for 2 people and the balcony was just right. Yes it would be nice to have a larger balcony, but honestly we don't spend a ton of time in our room to begin with. We had a Spa balcony room so we also had unlimited access to the Spa Pool, Salt rooms, Sauna and Steam rooms. This was heaven, especially when the main pool was busy, we could go there to relax away.
This was our 3rd trip to Bermuda, and we love everything about the country. They have made many improvements to the Dockyard area due to the Americas Cup recently.
We chose the latest disembarkation and it was smooth and orderly. It took us about 45 minutes start to finish. As usual, we were prepared for it and had no issues.
