Food, entertainment and general organization of activities and excursions were great. Service providers (food services, spa, fitness center) desperately need more training on how to smile bd provide positive interactions with the guests.

Excellent food throughout the ship from the buffet to the numerous restaurants. We re pretty particular about our cuisine and the chefs are to be commended.

The pool was a HUGE disappointment. One small pool for 4000 guests... seriously. And only one small pool for the children ? But the other activities were great fun, well organized and offered a great variety.

The majority were disengaged, appearing agitated, bored, annoyed and sometimes downright rude! Norwegian needs to seriously address their customer service training with the Breakaway crew. If this had been my first experience with cruising Norwegian i would never book another. Hoping this was simply a combination of poor training, supervision, or bad hiring.

The NCL tour guide was the most negative and opinionated person we experienced on the excursions. He made negative comments about America, Swedish government, taxes, etc. 👎🏻
