Review summary

We had a wonderful journey with some bumps in the road (as with any journey). Would highly recommend a Baltic cruise bc of the ports of call. It was exhausting bc you do 5 cities in a row and only two days at sea. You just have to push through it! So glad I went and had this experience! It was a wonderful adventure!

Bartenders at the martini bar were fabulous. Customer service was a nightmare. They had a different story depending on the person you spoke with. Sweden was a debacle! Changed the port to one an hour away. They said they were going to give you a free train ticket if you had a dot from customer service on back of cruise card. You had to get your train ticket between 8-10 in the morning if your were going into Stockholm. Customer Service didn’t tell everybody this, so people got kicked off our train bc they didn’t have a ticket. Then on the way back to the ship, the train broke down. Over 500 + had to take a taxi back to the ship. NCL did reimburse us however we waited close to two hours in line to get the refund.
