Just some thoughts on the subject: The 3000 people waiting in the hanger was the NYC cruise port...not Norwegian. The weather was God....not Norwegian Bad weather, emergencies from somebody sick or dead....also God not Norwegian. St. Lucia...been there... beautiful. The people there are hurting after the hurricanes...there's bad and greedy people everywhere....also not Norwegian. The staff being the worse ever....I've seen the difference in some of them but you have to have some compassion for the amount of work from the mess cleanup of people puking, floors flooded, broken glass, etc....and having to tend to those leaving and coming on all in less than a few hours turnover time....I know I wouldn't have been smiling. They don't get paid much and leave their families for 6 mths to a year at a time....treat them nice and they treat you nice. It was the week after that horrific storm and you can't please everyone. What they should have done was cancel your cruise all together and fix things up before you went on...I can here the bitching about that too...damned if you do and damned if you don't. Just say'in......

Agree! The staff seems extremely unhappy.
