Review summary

I would not recommend this cruise line to anyone. This was the worse experience I've had cruising. Their food was poor quality and the ship staff were not friendly or engaging with the passengers. I did like how they are very conscious of germs and cleanliness by spraying passengers hands regularly. Disembarkment was so unorganized that we almost missed our bus home due to waiting four hours to get off the ship. I will never go on any Norwegian ship again. Their one chance convinced me that they are not the same quality of other cruise lines.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Buffet food was terrible, barely warm with very little taste. Restaurants on the ship had better quality food.

Cabin / Stateroom

We requested a king size bed but instead got two twins bed pushed together which made it VERY uncomfortable. Plus the size was much smaller compared to state rooms on other ships we were on.

Ship tip

Cagney's Steak House is superb!
