Review summary

Overall I had a good experience. I got the ultimate dinning package which contributed a lot to my satisfaction. Without this package, food was just so so. For older kids, would prefer more actionable outdoor activities.

In terms of technology, I think it needs an upgrade. Having to carry the room card at all times was a bit inconvenient. I used a wrist band at other cruise lines which made things so much easier.

Also, having to pay for wifi to communicate with other members of your family on the ship is excessive. It was free on other cruise lines.

Thanks for sharing your cruise.

We opted out of the iconcierge feature of the app. That was a mistake. I had an accident on board and had to be brought to the medical dept. My boyfriend was at the gym but they claimed they looked for him and could not find him. Being able to call or text him would have been comforting. It was 9.95.

There is a charge per phone with iconcierge if you use it to communicate. If you use it to see ship details show times etc then it's free

I think when booking a cruise you have to weigh what you get for the cost. I've shopped around and Norwegian has the best prices when you factor in unlimited beverages and/or dining thrown in for free. I figure a little extra for Internet is worth it. That's just how I see it though :)

From what I have read elsewhere, the wristbands seem to be a love it or hate it proposition. To me, it makes no difference between card or wristband.

I'll echo Johngold - come by the forum and let us know about Bermuda -- it looks like you had a good time there.

Please let us know in the forum.
