Review summary

First cruise, will certainly cruise again soon. Very pleased with the ship accommodations and staff. The dining was spectacular, both the main dining as well as the specialty dining. The staff was very helpful and polite all the time. The Ultimate Beverage package is wonderful. Bermuda was very nice and having 2.5 days was enough time for us to see both Hamilton as well as St. George. Plenty to do on the island so do your DD before you head out on the cruise. If you like getting away from the crowds get the spa package...totally worth it. We sailed at the end of April and it is far too cold and windy to do the pool and tanning on the ship. But the weather in Bermuda was sufficient for beach and tan. Ocean is freezing cold, but doable if you are used to the Jersey shore. All in all fantastic time on the cruise and will cruise again.

Booking through American Airlines was simple and they are very helpful and great to work with.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Fine dining every night!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Did not partake in too much entertainment, but Les Getrex and the Cookin' Creole Band were great at Fat Cats the last night.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Because it is freestyle you mostly only get familiar with your cabin cleaner. Joshu was ours and he was amazing. All other staff on the ship are great as well.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship is great.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Room was roomier than expected. We fit three large suitcases full of clothing and shoes in the room and tucked the suitcases under the bed. Bathroom was also larger than expected. View from balcony is awesome. Sunsets are great and great views of the Verrazano and Statue of Liberty on the way out.

Ports of call

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda
