We really ha a great time, easy drive to

NYC, easy boarding, great service on the ship, the weather was great, but the staff at dinner the room and the shows were first class.

It was really great and the staff who took care of all week was unobtrusive but he was always there.

the shows were really 1st class and we loved the food and drink package

I would agree. When they pick you up, they cannot get you where they dropped you off because of the way security is set up..... . so, make sure you arrange a location that you can walk to.

I just noticed you are cruising Nov 6 which is a Sunday but you said you were coming in on Saturday. Just a note, they do not allow you to park a day earlier than your cruise date. My wife and I are doing the same cruise but in March and arriving in NYC on Saturday and were told we cannot early park

You're welcome.... and on the other side of the cruise you must leave by 1pm...... can't leave your car there and sight see. Makes sense because it's for cruisers but something to be aware of. http://www.nycruise.com/manhattan-terminal/ There are other options to park but as far as logistics and security and convenience.... we prefer the pier.

Don't forget hoglady, if you plan on parking at the pier ..... opens no earlier than 9am. If you get there "really early" you may be circling the city killing time

what day is the cruise Sat or Sunday..Traffic on the weekend by the westside highway does not start to get crazy until late morning early afternoon.

I was on the same cruise..It was a great experience celebrating New Years Eve on the ship. It was crowded but still enjoyed ourselves. And you're right the service at the restaurants were excellent as we're the shows. Planning on returning Jan 2017.
