Review summary

I had a bad experience with products sold in the ship's spa. Only when I submitted a complaint was I told the NCL outsources the services provided by the spa and wasn't responsible. NCL didn't offer me any resolution to my complaint.

Seven Days of Disappointment

This ship handles 15 foot waves .........good for first timers ..............
