Review summary
Took this cruise for my retirement. Overall just OK. Problems started before boarding . My wife had mobility problems asked for a wheelchair. We waited an hour and a half none came. Walked on slowly. We had a mini suite. My wife had rented a scooter and it would not fit in the room all the way. It could only get as far as the bathroom door. This was in a mini suite it was narrow and long cabin 12976. The food and entertainment were good. Make sure you book all shows ahead of time. Bermuda is still beautiful. More cars and trucks and people than when we last there in 1976. Took 3 shore excursions all were great. Casino was fun did not lose too much. The worst part of the cruise was getting off the ship the night before they gave out luggage tags. They were color coded with the time you wanted to leave the ship. What a mess. No colors were called. everyone tried to get off the ship at once we waited an hour and a half to get to the customs. By that time it was 11:30 am people were waiting to board and our car service was threatening to cancel. Ne
ver going on Norwegian again!
