A relaxing, worry-free, half-empty cruise to Mexico! I booked again with the Derek & Romaine "DNR" group and we had a GREAT time all week! The Bliss is a cool ship and I will sail it again! Feel free to read my comments about the food, entertainment, and some design quirks.

The crew is what made our cruise experience the most memorable. They made our experience safe and memorable due to their friendliness and cleanliness.

Amazing experience! The ship was clean, staff was friendly, the events were top-notch, and the food/drinks were outstanding. The staff were helpful, quick to take orders, and plentiful. The bartenders at The Surf bar: Enrique,Ruel, and Happy-Happy made this experience memorable. We’re planning on another cruise with this staff.

I came on this cruise a skeptic, because my last cruise experience was not that great (on a different cruise line). I realize my experience was slightly different than normal: due to safety protocol, the boat was half-capacity and almost no children. But I thoroughly appreciated the flexibility of no fixed dining times or pre-assigned seating. I got a relaxing massage and even got my nails done. The late-night dance space definitely needed another bartender or two; I felt like they could barely keep up with the crowd sometimes. I had a great time though--friendly travelers, attentive staff, fun activities.

We had a fantastic cruise.. This was my first time on this ship and I absolutely loved it.. We toured all three ports, I’d have to say that I had the most fun in Cabo. While there, we did a Dolphin swim.. i highly recommend this if you ever go there. There nothing about this cruise I can say I disliked. I’m happy to be cruising again!

Norwegian service, food and shows keeps us coming back

Glad to be back cruising. We are going on NCL again in January 2022 on a back-2-back out of San Juan Puerto Rico on the Norwegian Epic.

The cruise was wonderful. The customer service on the ship made up for the NCL call center screw up. Go Haven once and you will love it.

Well, now that we are home and in our 14 day quarantine.... looking to book our next cruise but not sure which cruise line to go with. Looking to go to Bermuda, Turks, or Belize next time!

Our cruise was ok, just ok. Nothing stood out. The food was ok. The entertainment was ok. Out of our three cruises this was our least favorite. We missed Spice being open like on the Escape. Maybe we will try a smaller ship, possibly the Gem next time. This was also our third cruise in one year. Maybe it was too much too soon. Most of the crew were nice. Our balcony room was nice. We were really looking forward to GSC but once again we were unable to dock there do to rough water. I think for our next trip we’ll fly 🏝

Beautiful ship never felt crowed, love the layout. Never had to wait to be seated for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Always available seating to just relax.

We had a great time, we were with two other couples and had it easy getting to restaurants and shows.

Very nice cruise for the price paid. Unfortunately, on the two last days the sea was very bad and most people on the ships were sicks. I have been told it is due to the season. next time I will leave from Florida.

We have been on many cruises to Florida/Bahamas so we weren’t going for the itinerary, it was about getting away and relaxing. Love NCL and the Haven.

The cruise was ok, but I doubt I would do another with NCL. Too crowded, and too many unexpected upcharges, which are exactly the things I *don't* want to worry about when I'm on vacation.

If you don't like long lines, you may want to reconsider. This is just from my personal experience, but my cruise preferences may not be the same as yours. I'll write about both the good and the bad experiences I had on this ship to help others make an informed decision.

NCL was my favourite cruise line as it was "freestyle". Unfortunately this new booking system that they have introduced for shows is disappointing as is the having to book restaurants. More seasoned cruisers obviously knew what to do. I doubt I will sail with NCL again unfortunately.
