The NCL Bliss is a beautiful ship. The color scheme is very elegant and restful. The Christmas decorations added to the beauty of the ship. The food and drink were wonderful, and the service was exemplary as usual.

Had several crew roll their eyes at us when asking questions about shows or dinners. All the shows booked up the first day for the entire week and was unable to even see one of them even after showing up hoping for a cancellation. Even the specialty restaurants all booked up but was able to get into two of them after waiting in person. You pay for allot of extras that are given to you by other cruises and the quality is still meh. Very disappointing. :(

I enjoyed my time on the ship and it was very nice to get away for relaxation.

Beautiful ship, awesome, hardworking staff. Highly recommend it. We took our one year old and in-laws for the first time and they had a blast. I recommend getting a bigger cabin when traveling with children. The pack and play took most of the walking space which made it challenging. All in all it was a great first family trip for us.

We enjoy newer ships and this one really did not disappoint. Sure there are always a few a bumps or head scratchers with anything, but we enjoyed this ship. It seemed there were more things we didn't have a chance to do because there is a lot, so there should never be any complaints there's nothing to do. I wish the food was slightly better, the drinks and bar staff really hustled and the casino staff was great. NCL does a lot right, this was our 4th cruise and re-booked for a future one. We feel at home with NCL.

We do an annual Thanksgiving trip so the cousins (now 9, 10, 13 and 14 y.o.) can all get together and have a good time while the parents relax and enjoy some adult time. On paper, the boat sounds great for kids with go-carts, laser tag and a crazy slide that shoots you over the side of the ship. Problem is the go-carts and laser tag cost extra and the cool slide kids must weigh 99 lbs or more (so our 9 and 10 y.o. couldn't go). And with these other activities taking up so much space, there's no room for the usual basketball/volleyball courts, soccer court, etc... and other kid-centric play areas. But for the adults the ship is great. Good food, GREAT service and some fun shows/activities. Very clean and easy to navigate.

Cruise was great! The disembarkation process from the ship was terrible and exhausting having to wait in long lines that weren’t moving. Also, when we were in port at Nassau...they didn’t have a fast way to move people off the ship so we were standing in long lines that weren’t moving! Our feet were sore before we even stepped on land.

The cruise was really nice. Wish there was an adult pool, too many people for existing pools. Every single deck chair plus some were taken on sea days, but still enjoyed time in other areas. Waterfront is great, the observation lounge is a great place to relax.

Worst cruise I've ever been on, to be honest. While I love the cruising experience, NCL truly fell short on this one. There was issue after issue and nobody seemed to know what they were doing to fix even the simplest things.

Poorest service I have ever experienced on a cruise ship.

Changed first stop to Ensenada ( instead of Cabo). Not worth the stop. Only 5 stops over 14 days and for the most part they were lousy stops. I did not like Ensenada or Mazatlán.

Disappointing. Crowded and unorganised, especially the tours. Restaurants were busy and the menus limited. Norwegian have a booking system for shows and restaurants, which allowed you to book, but not cancel reservations. This was our 5th cruise and we won't cruise again on a ship this size. Too many passengers for the cruise line or ports to manage.

Evryrthing was just fine only I did not receive my us $50.00 credit on board for my bookings in 6 months in advance.

WONDERFUL NEW SHIP, GREAT SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT IN ALL VENUES.

Beautiful modern ship, excellent food, courteous & friendly staff, great amenities...overall an excellent experience! Lots of activities such as the water slides, go carts, laser tag, etc. Not understanding why there were so many complaints about crowding on this ship and lack of elevators. Maybe the complaints were geared more towards the Alaska cruise where, due to the cold weather, everyone was inside the ship, making it more crowded everywhere. On my Mexican Riviera cruise, the elevators were never crowded and there was always something to do or somewhere to hang out. One suggestion about booking restaurants and shows is, if you are able to book everything online, great. But NCL only releases 1/3 of the reservations online, then doesn't allow additional online bookings after that. So, I would opt for the earliest boarding time, and as soon as you get on the ship, go to deck 6 to book your restaurants and shows before they fill up. You can also use any of the electronic kiosks on the walls found throughout the ship - super handy.

The cruise was everything I expected and more. NCL has always gave 100% to their customers.
