NCL needs to do better with cabin charges, every casino charge is 3 %, the food is cold and your lucky if it is room temperature. More activities on board would be great , especially on Sea Days. Deck 15 Observation Room is beautiful and Peaceful..Drink Package is high at $109.00 daily, a 20% tip is automatically added , if you add a tip your double tipping the waiter and in the Speciality restaurants. You can order two of anything on the menu in The Complimentary Restaurants( additional charge for a third meal ) NCL , please train your front desk staff in Customer Service . Staff needs to speak and understand English. If NCL wants to be a 5 Star cruise line they need to train staff in Customer Service , Chefs training for food quality , recipes and better menu. If you want better service and food quality reserve with Celebrity , MSC or Regent .

Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Cold food in the Buffet and Complimentary Dining Areas, rarely like warm and when asked for food to be warmed you have to ask several times and then request Raymundo V, he will get the job done. Why not turn up the food warmers and serve the food got. Repeat tasteless food every day, poor quality food and selection .As for the Conplimentary Restaurants you need to repeat what you order and hopefully they get it right, food is undercooked and room temperature, I like my food got. The dessert menu is limited. The Drink package is overly priced at $ 110.00 a day. Speciality restaurants food quality is a step above the Buffet. Thanksgiving dinner was awful, tasteless and poor presentation !
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
80’s Party was ok, Alex, assistant tried his best to get the crowd involved. The music was not bad. The Party just could not pull it okk. From a scale from 1 to 10, it was a struggle to get a 5. Drastic changes need to be made
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The shows, six, Jersey Boys and the Beatles were great. Don't see the Bestles in the Canvern, it's very small and not enough seating, wait to see it in the Bliss Theatre. Also once you board go to the screens near the elevators and book your shows.
Service and Staff
2 out of 5
Staff needs to understand and speak English clearly, staff is overworked, look tired and exhausted. The Guest Service staff need to be trained in Customer Service, know the ship and give correct information to the first. Buffet staff need to wsit until you complete your meal before taking your plate.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Great looking ship and it was basically clean. Staff needs to pay attention to the bathrooms and attend to them more. Also clean the buffet areas more often, tables and food serving areas
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Clean, uncomfortable beds, hard as a rock. I was in a handicapped room. The bathroom was large with a seat in the shower. The room was small. Large enough for a person with a cane but barely large enough for a walker.
Shops everywhere and you can walk the 3 blocks to downtown. There's shops before you get downtown and entertainment at the shops in the evening. The ride is $4.00 roundtrip per person and runs every 10 minutes.
Simply and eady, at customs, you take a simple photo, no need to show identification or Passport. If you traveled with a Burth Certificate. After you take a photo, you will proceed to the Customs desk
It’s always important to understand what is and is not included in the base cruise fare. Additional tipping is not required unless you feel inclined to for exceptional service.
Some things you listed do not seem correct. My upcountry cruise on Norwegian came with drink package, yes I have to pay gratuity on the package but only was $ 312 for entire 7 day cruise for 2 people. That is $45 per day for 2 people. Not sure why you paid $109 per day? Also if you tipped the sever extra in specialty dining that was your choice , it will be double gratuity because you were are already charged gratuity automatically when you dine.
