Review summary

we paid for the ultimate internet package and it was terrible. couldn’t stream videos smoothly constant start and stop. took 24 hrs to up load 4!pictures and a 15 second video to Facebook. Customer service did nothing to help or offer any type of compensation for their lake of service. Deserts you pay for in the specialty dining restaurants you can also get in the buffet for free which is disappointing.

5 out of 5
Quick check in and plenty of seating available until ship was ready for us to board.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was just average. Specialty dining was not special.

Cagney's Steakhouse

2 out of 5

Staff slow to attend to you. Steak was tough and couldn’t eat it was full of gristle. Potato was under cooked and cold. Decadent chocolate brownie was same desert I had on the buffet the night before for free but was charged for it.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
pool was crowded, go carts could not get reservation to ride them.

3 out of 5
Havana was bad, sound was not balanced and singers were drowned out by the band. Jersey Boy”s was good except we sat front row and some scenes they smoked cigarets which bothered a few people including myself.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Room steward was great but customer service counter needs a new team rude and would not help with problem we had.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship is designed for Alaska cruises not for tropical destinations. not enough out door space.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Room was tight, small closet, and little balcony.

Ship tip

Internet package is not worthy he money.

Ports of call

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

3 out of 5
No excursion, just walked and shipped on our own.

Mazatlan, Mexico

4 out of 5
We did the topless bus tour. It was to be 2.5 hours and ended up being 4. We had ample time at stops and saw and learned quite a few things about the town. were sunscreen.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

3 out of 5
This was a tender port. Once off it was built up tourist trap, no charm. It is beautiful there.

Quick and fast. If you need to have your bags sent down the night before you must pick up your own bag tags a customer service. Room attendants don’t leave them in your room like other cruise lines.
