we paid for the ultimate internet package and it was terrible. couldn’t stream videos smoothly constant start and stop. took 24 hrs to up load 4!pictures and a 15 second video to Facebook. Customer service did nothing to help or offer any type of compensation for their lake of service. Deserts you pay for in the specialty dining restaurants you can also get in the buffet for free which is disappointing.

Staff slow to attend to you. Steak was tough and couldn’t eat it was full of gristle. Potato was under cooked and cold. Decadent chocolate brownie was same desert I had on the buffet the night before for free but was charged for it.

Havana was bad, sound was not balanced and singers were drowned out by the band. Jersey Boy”s was good except we sat front row and some scenes they smoked cigarets which bothered a few people including myself.

Ship is designed for Alaska cruises not for tropical destinations. not enough out door space.
We did the topless bus tour. It was to be 2.5 hours and ended up being 4. We had ample time at stops and saw and learned quite a few things about the town. were sunscreen.
Quick and fast. If you need to have your bags sent down the night before you must pick up your own bag tags a customer service. Room attendants don’t leave them in your room like other cruise lines.
