Review summary

Never felt welcomed. Used to Disney, all service is 5*. Poor consultants while booking. Average service on board. Overall disappointing. Too big, too many people! Poor management of crowds. Day 4 they are already leaving departing info. Kids were bummed halfway in. Always pushing you to book another cruise before this one is half done.

Food was ver well done. Reservations were very hard to get. Cruisers were upset! Don’t buy the dining or drink package, you won’t be guarenteed you’ll be able to use them! Once they know you have a drink package, it’s hard to get service. Seems they don’t service you as often when they are giving it away.

Onboard Activities

Can’t get a reservation. Too many people on this beautiful ship. Arcade is crazy expensive! Go karts, forget it! It’s nice but if you’re booking because of the karts, don’t. They slow them down to a idle often. It’s not worth it. You most likely won’t get a reservation anyway. I gave the guy 20 bucks and we got on.

Was clean. Very nice. Poor elevator designs. You’ll be taking the stairs. Just too crowded!! Many passengers getting upset with each other, becomes uncomfortable.
