Dining rooms were very good and most accommodating We ate most of our meals in the Pinnacle dining room. The maitre D’ s were excellent as were their servers.

The service and staff was exceptional. I would like to commend Karissa and Magie our concierge who made all our requests possible. Brownwin was courteous and efficient in his duties as our server and must be commended. . Ali and wahyu our cabin stewards were always inquiring if they can make our experience more enjoyable. These individuals went above and beyond their duties for us This was our 9th cruise and by far the most attentive and accommodating staff

We were most please with the size of our suite the king size bed was very comfortable. I loved the dressing area and lighting. We took advantage of our veranda and loved relaxing on it

Take advantage of a suite especially on an Alaskan cruise. The scenery and veranda make for an exceptional trip
Took the tram for a view of Juneau. Enjoyed the atmosphere Walked extensively through the town. I was able to find a public library and used their internet service
