Great Cruise

Sail Date: October 18, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

This was our sixth time on Holland America. Each time it seems to get better and better. The ship is two years old and in excellent condition - king size beds. We have never had beds so great. The crew has always been outstanding and this was true on this cruise as well. The food was excellent and plentiful. Went with two other couples that had never been on Holland America. I raved about the service and food. Believe me, they were not disappointed. Can't wait for our next HAL cruise.

Pros: Ship was beautiful, crew was great, food was outstanding

Cons: Nothing

Recommends Noordam? Yes!

Fort-De-France, Martinique
Soufriere, St. Lucia
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
The island had been damaged by a recent hurricane.
Bridgetown, Barbados
We went on the Catamaran/Turtle Encounter. Highly recommend it. It was great and the crew was wonderful.
Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)
Great day to relax and enjoy ourselves. Get a Clam Shell for shade.
Tortola, British Virgin Islands
Went to Virgin Gorda/The Baths. You need good legs for the climbing and a good back and knees to go low through the caves. It was worth it.
Castries, St. Lucia
