I’m sorry your cruise went so badly. It would be helpful if you could be more detailed about why it was so bad. I hope this doesn’t turn you off from cruising and you have a better trip next time. Thanks for your review.

I agree! For the most part clean, except there was used dental floss left in floor. They need to move furniture and clean! The beds were very clean! The food was poor, service so slow. Lido bar, poor! Pizza good, and coffee shop was the best! The service in coffee shop was amazing and their food was good! So easy getting off and on ship! Crew is very kind! I did love being with my family!

I was on that cruise too..down the hall from you. I totally agree, never again. We both got sick and are still trying to recover. The ordeal of taking a tender was enough for me we waited an hour to get off, the most unorganized like they had never done it before. Food was average, no variety. I’m an experienced cruiser and had cruised once before but never again. Many people on board were loyal only bc they get perks for coming back. I will say our room steward was excellent!

We love Holland America. It’s an older crowd but I like how you don’t see a lot of drunks running around like you do in other cruise lines.

We are big Holland America fans, and we have been on all of their pinnacle class ships and had a great cruise each and every time. It really depends on what you’re looking for on a cruise. Holland America is more in line with a traditional type cruise and they do not a have giant resort style ships. We found the food, the service and the entertainment to be top-notch.

Sorry to hear that. We were on it last year and loved everything. We have another cruise booked for this year on her. I really enjoyed Rolling Stone rock room and BB King Blues Club. I think they beat Celebrity.
