We weren’t sure how to reserve the shuttle from FLL to the port online, but the lady at the kiosk assisted us. I didn’t know it was listed under the excursions.

Raka kept our room 6216 spotless and well supplied with towels/daily news. He called us by name on the very first day snd was always cheerful and welcoming. He was very helpful whenever we had questions. The dining room staff was amazing! The staff at the lido deck were great too.

We enjoyed snorkeling with the stingrays, but wished we had additional time to spend at the beach. Next time we would probably not do a planned excursion at this stop and just enjoy the beach instead. The BBQ was delicious.
