We has a wonderful time on the cruise. But compared to other Holland ships I felt the management was lacking. We rarely saw the cruise director. The friendliness of the bartenders and the cleaning of the common areas. I would certainly board this ship again however the attitude of the staff starts at the top.

Food was excellent. The bars were lacking. Service was very slow at all bars. The bartenders were not friendly. The drinks were not garnished. Very disappointing when on vacation

Pool was standard. There is a second level of lounger chairs and they need to put a shower on them. Also a station for discarding towels and drink glasses

Room stewards were wonderful. I felt the bartenders were not particularly friendly. They did not make you feel special as other Holland America ships. Wait staff was very good

Loved the layout and design. I was surprised to not see common areas being wiped down and continuously cleaned especially in todays world

The most comfortable bed. The room was kept clean and the Stewart’s were very happy to help with any needs

Sign up for the early or late dining. Anytime dining doesn’t allow you to get to know your waiter and for him to know you preferences
