We were able to relax and enjoy the great music venues on this ship. Top notch food, friendly service, and enjoyable interaction with the other passengers made it a memorable trip.

We had no disappointment with any of the restaurants on board. The Club Orange dining room gave you quicker and more attentive service and was well worth the cost. We also went to the pinnacle restaurant and it was outstanding.
Onboard Activities

There were less high profile activities on this line but if you are wanting a more traditional cruise experience this is the line for you. There were many informational and cultural presentations to enjoy.
Entertainment

The specialty of HAL is their music walk. They have high quality musicians to cover classical to Rock & Roll, something for everyone. Our favourite was the Rolling Stone Rock Room. It is my favourite feature of the Pinnacle class ships. The entertainment director and staff are second to none. Shoutout to Gage the director and Jose the king of trivia. There was a tragedy in the middle of the cruise. One of the dancers lost his life in a accident on the beach on his day off. The entertainment staff rallied and didn’t miss a beat under the most difficult of circumstances.
Service and Staff

Our room stewards were top shelf, providing 5 star service but never intrusive. The guest services people always seem to get the worst rap on ships but they were helpful and friendly and were always able to help us with any issue. We never came across a crew member who would not go out our their way to engage with you. The waiters in the Club Orange dining room provided us with a pleasant and upgraded dining experience.

The ship was cleaned and polished continuously, I never experienced anything messy or out of place. The layout was intuitive and easy to navigate
Cabin / Stateroom

We love the large shower with large glass door. Electrical outlets and USB ports were plentiful. More storage space than we needed.

I would recommend Club Orange. It really upgrades your experience and is well worth the money.
