The food was very good overall I’d say 8.5 out of 10. The staff is great 10 out of 10. The ship is new enough that you feel like it’s a great experience overall.

The ship is newer and so the cabins are very nice overall

Ship tip

Quiter classier ship without a ton of thrills, but just a good overall experience

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

We love the private islands because you don’t have to deal with a bunch of people trying to sell you something. You just get off the boat and enjoy the beach water and amenities. Plus water is usually very calm.

Grand Turk Island

Normally I absolutely love Grand Turk because the water is amazing, especially for snorkeling. However it seems as if all British Islands will not let unvaccinated guests off. My wife could have but not me. Prior to cruising there was no restrictions on the cruise website. So what we were completely in the clear as they had lifted all restrictions for cruising in October 2022. So just a heads up.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

I would recommend going into the jungles or interior island excursion or do research on a good beach. Puerto Plata was okay but not spectacular

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

Freeport is okay but I think you should do research on where to go. We asked to go to pirates cove and they took us to another beach, where they tried to sell us an entry fee at the beach. Which you don’t have to pay.
