Cruise was not so wonderful, I had trauma on a cruise ship on first day of embarkation .

Review summary

I was cruising Holland America before, shops were much better, service and entertainment services were better. Medical services were bad then and now is the same very rude staff only money oriented. Compare to other cruises, it’s was worse experience ever.

Design is poor, it was clean on a ship. Exercise equipment on a sun deck was horrible and not secure, I fell from of right after first step on it. Dangerous and useless equipment.
