Review summary
This cruise was in place of a cruise to the Baltics and Scandinavia (we cancelled when St Petersburg was eliminated from the itinerary). It was a nice cruise, but the ship is too big for our taste. Practically all the shore excursions were sold out. When we had to deviate from our itinerary due to a hurricane in Newfoundland, we ended up adding Prince Edward Island, and Cape Breton to the itinerary. As soon as shore excursions became available for those two ports, they were immediately unavailable. The food and beverages were excellent. We had a drink package and, although we never got close to our 15 drink/day, we were able to get speciality coffees at the Dutch Cafe.Embarkation
