Best food on a ship yet. Entertainment for the shows needs to be better. Ship was in spotless condition. Staff is amazingly helpful and always happy to help. Go on this ship it does not have a lot of kids on it and it was very enjoyable. Only thing I would say is the ship closed at midnight - nothing open it becomes very quiet.

It was normal like the others - for a ship this classy you would figure maybe some music, playing and a nicer terminal. This is bare bones and feels cold not very receptive.

Best food we have had on a Lido Deck buffet period. They were slicing prime rib, pork belly, lamb and so much more on a buffet and it tasted great. Main dining service was outstanding and attentive. Food at the specialty restaurant Pinnacle grill was very good the service at the lunch one we had with our group was very slow, inattentive and bad at dinner it was much improved.

The pool areas are great one has the roof that closes if bad weather plus it shows evening movies and sport events (NFL playoff). The sports deck area was fine as was the fitness center (new equipment)
Entertainment

I loved the bands in the BB King room and Rock Room but the pianist were Awesome. The husband and wife duo kick butt and can play just about anything with great vocals. The stage show were not good except for the dancers with the amazing lighting and background screens. All the other theater shows were mediocre at best.

Great rooms stewards they did an amazing job with 3 of us in a room. Always had ice in the bucket which I used all the time. Waiters and Wine sommelier were top notch and were always attentive. We chatted a lot when they were slower since we had second seating. Jose at the Whiskey Bar was the best.
Ship Quality

Ship has some cool art a little more modern than most of Holland ships. Fun and try and find the David with a cell phone statue and ask about the story on cleaning it. Beautiful new. Only thing was the handle to the outside balcony had a piece holding it to the door and it moved some and would get caught when door closes, but that is being a new ship and everything can't be perfect but it was darn close.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room handled 3 people our daughter said the couch bed was very comfortable no iron bars or anything sticky out. Balcony was very nice size and could have 3 people out there comfortably. Bathroom shower was nice size and water pressure was very good. Hot water was not hot much more like luke warm. Overall good storage space, very nicely laid out.
Ship tip
Make sure you find Jose at the Whisky Bar he also does the Bar hop which was awesome!!! Be prepared to drink light weights need not apply.
If you have a top level drink package you should not have to pay for drinks on the island felt like price gouging. Island was clean but by end of day people just left there trash everywhere for the staff to clean up when trash cans were abundant. That is on the trashy people who are to lazy to pick up there own stuff.
I did a private tour to Appleton Rum Estate. Note it is a long way from the port and time gets to be a concern if you leave after 10 am go around 9 and you can have lunch and more rum drinks.
Dolphin Discovery VIP package was awesome. This was a major bucket list item and the dolphins were amazing. We also stopped off at Senor Frog and had a giant Margarita. Fun times.
