Would not suggest this cruise. The spa overcharged us on this cruise as well as another Holland America cruise; they correct it. Really, who wants to constantly bother with overcharged nonsense for a poor quality facility. For similar pricing, the competition provides better spa facilities and accurate billing.

Several drink orders were incorrect or tasted like a different beverage.
Main dining room was a pleasant with our server, Super Mario, providing great service and quality food. Tamarind specialty dining for sushi was delicious. Thank you Jacob for wonderful Sushi!

I was bored and disappointed with the lack of planning.
Holland America cancelled their excursion on their private island even though the weather was great.
Spa was lack luster when compared to Competitors. The fitness center was good. Seating around the pools was severely limited. No real events for mid-life professional adults like on other cruise lines.
Entertainment

All entertainment was lack luster except for the partnership with the Lincoln Center in New York City performers; the violinist graduated from Indiana Bloomington School of Music. Excellent performance to bring classical to a broader audience without too much watering down of the original classical compositions.

Some general ship staff in the Dining Room and passing by in halls seemed overworked and tired.
