great Alaska trip except for one excursion.....was really dissapointed because it was a really expensive one! the other two were exceptional!!!

our trip was so emotional as it was our "bucket list" the embarkation was really fast and the staff were so caring...our room was the CLEANEST that I have ever been on! our staff member that did our room everyday was exceptional the food at the specialty dining was rather good also...disembarkation was exceptional also....as I have 2 fractures in my back this routine that you have is one of the best..... I certainly will sail with Holland America and have told as many people that I have contact with the same.....thank you for helping our experience one that we will never forget...Embarkation
