We love Nieuw Amsterdam. Went on her in March 2018. Not to Alaska. Everyone who works there is so friendly, always a smile, always asking if they can help. Especially the buffet staff. Our stateroom steward always greeted us by name when he saw us and asked how our day was at the different ports. Always so nice. The food on the ship is delicious. I love how they serve you at the buffet. Around the pool so peaceful. No bands playing loud music. Piped in music. Loved it
