There were limited vegetarian dining options and limited in variety. The Sapphire dining room staff did take an effort to correct this on demand, but a more proactive approach to cater to vegetarians would be appreciated.

I drink green tea. There is a vast assortment of teas but no green tea was out. Anywhere. I asked in the Windjammer and I was asked to wait a few minutes and they returned with 6 bags for me. Within a few hours I saw it popping up at areas around the ship. In a day it wa's everywhere!

Be prepared to spend extra money if you want good food as the Windjammer and Dining room food seems to be prepared for chefs who are in training as it's not seasoned and is not fresh most times.

Excellent ship with fantastic service, food, and entertainment, but avoid buying at the shops unless you're positive it's a deal!

Don't book this ship for the ice skating rink. You can only skate thirty minutes at a time, with very limited availability.

All ship's staff were focused on cruiser's satisfaction, if there was a problem or a need, they took care of it.

Bartenders at R Bar was awesome. Schooner Bar has trivia and scavenger hunts. Fun times

For example: I lost a diamond necklace on the next to last night and the cleaning service people found it and turned it in that says something for the honesty of the ships staff

You can chose to not have the ship automatically add gratuities. That's what I did so that I could hand the staff members an envelope directly and thank them.

I wouldn't recommend sailing on this ship until it goes through some sort of management-level overhaul. There's clearly a problem at the top.
