Relaxing Cruise by LindaGone

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Mexico

Too short. Royal Caribbean needs more 7 night cruises for the west coast.

Awesome cruise. Loved the reduced numbers. Covid protocols were great. The staff could not have been more helpful. Cannot wait to go again.

Very Happy by beccaz

Very comfortable with all the new rules and felt very safe. We had just under 600 guests so definitely had the ship to ourselves.

Amazing trip on this ship, out of 2400 guests there was only 600, the crew was swatting flies, but besides that I loved it because of covid no one was anywhere around us by dianaradkay

Wonderful trip!! by Yaciocruise

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Mexico

We really had a great and relaxing time. It was nice to get back to cruising, and the ship and staff helped you feel safe with the measures that were taken. I think the cruise was less than half full! I loved the lack of crowds, but felt bad for the staff, who were always so happy to accommodate.

Semi ok mexican riveria by acerhater

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Mexico

Nice to cruise again but as normal cabo sucked with having to tender in, mazatlan was fine and porta vallarta was great on the first cruise (did b2b) second cruise was weird getting refused entry due to less than .5 (yes less than 1/2 percent) crew covid positives! Weird getting refused from a port that refuses nothing less than a black plaig outbreak even though the Mexican government said they would refuse no covid ports of call less than a day before getting refused (after waiting over 4 hours for approval or disapproval)!

Great Ship, Awesome Crew! by rcloyal4ever

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Mexico

The Navigator and her staff provided a wonderful Christmans vacation for my family. The decor was beautiful, and the recently re-vamped ship very clean. The staff were all very responsive and overall extremely helpful. The specialty restaurants were great, with Hooked being a new sea food favorite. The use of space was good, considering they fit quite a bit onboard the ship. We enjoyed all areas from the gym, rock climbing wall, waterslides, to miniature golf. This is my favorite medium sized ship.

Just ok by candee01

Would not book that particular cruise again! Too cold, pools too small and a little boring.

Wonderful cruise by Nursey01

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Navigator of the Seas

We chose to stay on the ship rather than explore Catalina or Ensenada as we have been there before. There is always something to do on the ship, and have never stayed on the ship during port days. We’ve decided we will do that again. Very relaxing.

Birthday Cruise by missys03

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Navigator of the Seas

We had a great weekend cruise. I was not a huge Royal Caribbean fan and was ready to give them another try and on the same ship. It was definitely a redemption cruise and I was super impressed with the new additions to the ship and to the amazing service. The specialty dining and bar selections were fantastic. I enjoyed the low capacity and I think that made a huge difference from our last trip on this ship when it was full. We are planning on bringing the kids back with us in a couple months to do a quick family getaway.

A wonderful get-a-way cruise by paulDM

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Mexico

I can easily recommend the Royal Caribbean 4 day cruise to Catalina Island and Ensenada Mexico aboard the beautiful Navigator of the Seas. This is a short cruise and makes a relaxing, inexpensive get-a way from everyday life. But be prepared for Covid protocols! Everyone aboard the ship is required to be vaccinated except children under 12. Proof of vaccination and a covid test with negative results within 48 hours of embarkation must be presented prior to boarding the ship. With all this screening the ship should be the safest place on the planet. Yet I had to wear a mask any time I was walking around indoors. I found this to be extremely annoying. Even more annoying was the staff served buffet and coffee kiosks. I took this cruise to get away from all covid restrictions and I did not appreciate any of them aboard the ship.

Great little 3 day weekend cruise 🚢 by BeachDiva

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Navigator of the Seas

Ensenada you need an excursion I think. I just walked around downtown. There is a shuttle right there when you walk off ship that will take you downtown for $4. Next time I think I will do a wine tour. I have been to La Boufadora before.
