Formal Dining room, shops, etc. were all first class. It had everything anyone could want, and it was enjoyable for our whole family, even the teenagers that like to do there own thing. This being my first cruise I could not ask for a better experience, even with my fear of the water, this marvelous ship put me at ease and it seemed like we were still on land!

The crew members were the best! They were the friendliest people and made me feel so welcome.

We have been on seven cruises previously but first time on Navigator and loved the atmosphere and amenities.

The ship was absolutely beautiful.

The ship has been maintained in like new condition. The buffet was so good we did not use the formal dining room until the last night. Everything was prepared very very well (and I can be quite critical in a restaraunt). The staff was attentive. The bathrooms in the cabins were well desinged, great showers. Labadee and Falmouth are not the customary stops in Haiti and Jamaica, which made it fun. We would do it again tomorrow... if there weren't so many more places to see in the world. We will have to go back in a few years.

Excellent opportunies to enjoy yourself on the ship. All the ameneties are provided. I did not understand not being able to buy the alcohol in the stores & take it to ur room with u immediately. We had to pay for it first, but did not get our purchases until the day we docked back in our departing port! Other than that I loved everything about the trip. The only problem with the food was when we ordered room service late at nite, the steak sandwich was very tough & not edible. But all the other food was excellent & plentiful! The other thing we did not like was having to pay so much to stay in touch with our families back in the states. We could not use our cell phones as the ship charged so much per minute & we even had to pay to use our e-mails! And don't even bother taking your own computer, it is a waste of time unless you can afford to pay the extravagant charges for their WIFI & still you have to go to the common areas to use it!

Awesome food, beautiful decks, and outstanding service!

We recently sailed on the Navigator of the Seas and all I can say is "Wow!". The ship has great restaurants, a fantastic pool area and nightclub. We really like Royal Caribbean's style, service, and innovative ships did not disappoint. The Windjammer buffet really isn't a "buffet" anymore, now it's like a cool marketplace/food court with many more choices, stations you can approach from all sides (so no endless line!). Very wide-open and airy feeling, a huge step up from the typical ship buffet. We loved all the nightlife options. The shows were great but we really enjoyed the new latin club, Boleros, the Champagne Bar and the live music at Schooner's Pub. Felt like a totally different night out, every single night. The new Seattle's Best coffee shop and the new Ben and Jerry's didn't hurt, either! The new ship features are most apparent on the pool deck, truly one of the most beautiful we've ever seen. The multi-color splash pool and suspension bridge are amazing, but the best element has to be the Oasis Bar. Our stateroom was cozy and had some new features (really liked the new shower 'door" vs the old curtains which always got the floor soaked). Lots of new storage elements have been added, easy to unpack and fell like there was a place for everything. Overall we have to say the ship was really impressive, the staff was wonderful as always.

THe ship is large and beatiful. As you walk thru the promenade or sit in the the ice skating rink, it is hard to remember you are on a cruise on the ocean.

we liked the staff but wish the pools were not salt water and a little warmer, for the carribean i would have liked to go into the pools. the menu seemed to be a little repetive but the waiters were their to please. the ice show was the best you should have them on all the ships.

The ship was spectacular. Very clean. Beautiful layout.

This cruise was great for the deal we received. I would travel with Royal Caribbean again but is only my second choice behind Celebrity.

Great ship, clean, helpful staff, good food and activities.

This was the best cruise we have been on. We cruised with other cruiselines and it was total confusion from the first day. Royal Caribean was organized from boarding the first day, which went fast, to the last day leaving the ship. We never had to wait in line for any length of time. We had four couples in our group and each and every person had a wonderful time. We were never rushed to do anything. There were plenty of activities at all times.

The ship was laid out nicely.. The pools could be a little bigger but all in all everything was great

The ship was BEAUTIFUL! I have been on several cruises and I have to say that this one is the fanciest. However, it was also the worst service I have received on any ship. Some of the staff was rude and inattentive compared to other ships (on other cruise lines). For the price, I definitely think they need to work on a few areas, including organization and food variety. Don't get me wrong. I had a great time and if I have the opportunity to cruise with Royal Caribbean again for a good deal, I will.
