Loved the ship. The weather was great and the seas were calm. I highly suggest booking a suite especially if you are a family of 3 or more. We booked a Grand Suite and it was very nice. The much larger bathroom was a big plus and it had a shower tub versus the tiny shower tubes in other staterooms. This is a difficult aspect, but cruise lines have to figure out a better way to prepare you to get off the ship especially on short 3-4 day cruises. They were already discussing the departure procedure on the 3rd day. The pool area was packed each day. We had access to the reserved section for suite guests only although there was no shade so we got fried. The service on the ship was pretty good. Not the best we've had on RCL. Overall, this is a good ship to cruise on.

The ship was decorated very nicely and very clean. The service from the stateroom attendants to the waiters and bartenders was just wonderful, you felt like royalty at all times. the entertainment on board was great and there was a great variety of activities for all. the caPTin was very personable along with all the crew members.

We sailed on "The Navigator of the Seas" and the experience was amazing. Great service, good food and a variety of options for activities and entertainment.

The ship is well kept and clean. The cabin staff were very attentive and kept the cabin very clean and tidy. I found that many of the staff would not respond with a "Your welcome" or any comment when they were thanked for their help and assistance. Also, I found many parts of the ship smelled like smoke since smoking was permitted in bars and lounges. Also, the smoking areas were not well separated.

Cruise director exceptional. They are aware of competition in cruising market and aim to please. Loved the comedy shows. Ice skating shows were an added plus. Food was not anything great and not any better than carnival. Rooms were very clean and nicely appointed. Dining room experience was below average. Ship was awesome.

I was having a good vacation, nice to get away from it all. Unfortunately there were a couple of small instances and a major instance where problems occurred and on all occassions, the attitude of the company seemed to be, its your problem, why do you care if you are on a cruise. The major problem and the handling of it make it so i would never enter into any business with Royal Carribean again.

This was my 12th cruise and the best yet. The cruise director (Mike) was involved in every event and was a walking comedy show himself.

The Navigator of the Seas was a very nice ship. It is well maintained and well staffed. The facilities are easily accessible and convenient. Staterooms were well furnished and comfortable.

I expected so much more. Not up to RCL's standard.

There is plenty to do on the ship, staff was excellent very helpful. Things were very convenient and the food was excellent, whether you ate at the buffet or at the sit down dinners.

Ample sun and shade spots on the boat.

Everything is great, except the ice show is repeating the same show over and over again, that is not good, they should have at least do something different, it shouldn't be difficult to have another story to show. and the Broadway show is too busy, they try too hard to squeez too many broadway show in to one show, that make it too busy and not impressive, they should have pick one or two broadway shows just do the short version of it, then it would be fine and good.

We had travelled on two Princes Cruises prior to this RCI one and felt this may have exceeded our expectations.

A great experience and I would sail RC again. The only cons were: The onboard jewelry store did not accept returns on expensive items like watches and the interior spaces were a bit too cold.
