5 Night Western Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip)
Sail Date: April 09, 2011
Ship: Navigator of the Seas
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 6 years ago
The ship is well kept and clean. The cabin staff were very attentive and kept the cabin very clean and tidy. I found that many of the staff would not respond with a "Your welcome" or any comment when they were thanked for their help and assistance. Also, I found many parts of the ship smelled like smoke since smoking was permitted in bars and lounges. Also, the smoking areas were not well separated.

The live shows were very good. The singers and dancers put on very strong programs.

Cozumel is also a tourist town. Lots of shops. Playa del Carmen was beautiful. The beaches and the water were brilliant.
Don't Miss: The beaches of Playa del Carmen.

The town is primarily a shopping town. Not much to see in the town except shops.

Pros: Excursions and on-board shows

Cons: Lack of friendliness of most of the cruise staff
