Amazing experience overall a little unfortunate that we did not get to go to Cabo due to the weather but still have plenty of entertainment to keep the fun alive.

The ship was great and the overall service was good. The beverage package was not a good investment. The beverage service at dinner was poor and the wine selection was poor and they were out of numerous wine by the glass selections. the wait for My Time Dining was a little longer than expected even with reservations, Loved the Key Program.

Anil Deshmukh, Vivek and Mahamade did an excellent job serving us and made dining every evening the highlight of our vacation!!

I enjoyed this cruise as a single traveler it was exact balance between fun and tranquility i was looking for this summer.

Amazing vacation, we will be booking again soon. We are now officially cruise people !

Perfect cruise for a quick family getaway. This is the fourth time we have done this itinerary and its such a simple way to escape for a few days when you live in Southern California.

If you are going to have a dress code -- ENFORCE IT. If you don't people come in the dining room in all sorts of dress. We would like casual all the time but if you want us to pack for a dress up night then everyone who comes it should be in dressier clothing not jeans and tee shirts. Force everyone who goes into the Windjammer washes their hands or sanitizes them even if they just washed their hands when they left their cabin as they have probably touched an elevator button or handrail on their way there. Crew should stop children from running There were teen boys in swim trunks and no shirts in the Windjammer at lunch and they certainly should have been asked to leave -- this was definitely not sanitary.

it was an ok cruise with little covid restrictions so that means we're returning to normal.

Has a great time! We will definitely do another family cruise!

Was our 20th anniversary, food in specialty restaurants was amazing!!! All waiters and restaurant staff were awesome!! Fantastic service

Not a bad way to spend a few days with family. Great food, great service, & I would go again if I only had a few days to do it in as opposed to going longer on a bigger & newer boat.

This was my first cruise and the experience was beyond anything I could imagine! I definitely plan on going again!!

Everything OK but litte issue Indian vegetarian food varieties if compared to meat lovers or non vegetarian food ? See Limited Indian vegetarian food and don’t count vegetarian food mean salad or bakery or desserts food varieties..

It was honestly an amazing experience, now that I know more about it I’ll definitely be making another trip. This time with better knowledge of planning.

Too many unruly kids. Curfews not enforced. Children at adult events in bars after curfew. Adult activities shortened because of this. Worst trip ever.

Very good value. It was fun and relaxing. It is our second time aboard the “Navigator of the Seas”.

We did not stop at any port. The only port we had was canceled. So we paid to basically be out at sea the whole cruise. Very disappointed.

Royal Caribbean company is not taking care of their clients at all. First after the trip we were charged extra gratitudes that we weren’t informed!!! Second, I was reading through App about next trip promotion and some how I have been charged $200 for the next trip that I didn’t agree! Called customer service twice for more then two hours on the phone, didn’t help me at all. Being said that I have to contact to my travel agency. Question why??? I have charge on my credit card through Royal Caribbean and my back gave me their number, not my agency. And it’s not refundable!!! What kind of service is that??? Just got robbed by RC!!! First time cruise and wasn’t pleasant at all!!! Never will go again! Not recommend it at all! Be aware!
