The cruise was excellent with the exception of the excursions. did exactly as they promised, and we received all of the perks they said we would. I would definitely book my next cruise with .

Food was excellent on the ship, especially in the specialty restaurants.

Pools were heater nicely. The putting green was fun, however, you could not be on top of the ship while it was traveling because of the wind.

Ship tip
Attend as many activities as possible. It will make the cruise lots of fun.
We scheduled an excursion through Cruises Only that was cancelled at the last minute by the operator. They offered and alternative excursion for the same money. The alternative was a day at a resort. It was the worst experience we have ever had on an excursion. My advice is to book excursions through Royal Caribbean. They seem to vet the providers of excursions better than Cruises Only.
I can understand your view on excursions. I know they are more expensive thru the cruise line, but am happy they are vetted, and when we are in a foreign country, the ship knows where we are.
