Being our first cruise, we have no comparison to others, but did enjoy our cruise overall. Had a few hiccups, and would say the tendering at Cabo was the worst. I would not consider going on a cruise to this port ever again due to this. Otherwise, the ship experience was enjoyable, great service, great food and just a relaxing time.

Tendering to this port was a JOKE, they started at 1:00pm (which was late) and we set foot on land at 3:40pm, thereby missing our 2:45pm excursion to snorkel, which was the one thing we wanted to do badly. The only good experience we had here was a small restaurant called Wizzies with 2 for $10 margaritas and awesome food! Would not go to this port again.
Did a Royal Caribbean excursion, so much smoother than Cabo, nice bus to resort, did kayaking around Deer Island. Was fun, but would have liked it to be more a "tour" of the island instead of just going out and coming back. We did see jellyfish which was interesting. After kayaking, they had baked snacks and fruit, which was pretty good. We stayed on the beach for about a half hour and got to see pufferfish and hermit crabs in and around the water, but quite a few jellyfish made it a little unsettling to go much into the water. Did enjoy this excursion overall.
Did a private RZR excursion, had some difficulty finding our guide, and some delay in getting started, but did have a great experience at this port overall.
Very crowded and long lines, but flowed as well as can be expected. Outside, too many people crowded around waiting for rideshares, they need to spread this out a bit more
Welcome to the wonderful world of cruising. Appreciate your feedback. I dislike tendering as well. But, sometimes the rest of the ports of call are worth them being on the itinerary. Glad you enjoyed your first cruise.
