Ship: Navigator of the Seas

Traveled as: Singles/Friends

Review summary

It was the worst cruise I've ever been on in 9 cruises with royal and 14 cruises over all. I think I'm done with royal now and going to stay with Carnival

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Main dining room staff was the worst I ever had on 9 Royal Caribbean cruises, they wright down what I ask for and still got it wrong 2 or 3 timed 4 nights in a row. The chef came to the table the last 3 nights and took my order personally.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
The only show we saw was the ice show, it was good, they really didn't have a lot of production shows like they did before pandemic.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Never heard of the people for entertainment, didn't go to their shows

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Worst main dining room staff I've ever had.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship is nice, all the ships in the fleet are great

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
The cabin steward did not do a timely job getting cabin cleaned

Ship tip

Don't do it unless you like bad service

Ports of call

Mazatlan, Mexico

Dud the highlights tour, very nice

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

2 out of 5
Did the horseback tour, it was Ok, had better in the past, the guide would stop every 5 or 10 minutes to tell you something about the area and remind you to leave a tip, that was very off-putting, did not tip.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

2 out of 5
Did the camel ride on the beach, that was fun

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
No coordination or any kind of order for people in a wheelchair
